Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please arrive at Thorney Abbey by 12:30 PM to witness the “sì”.
    If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you may not be able to enter.

  • After the ceremony, the celebration continues at Ed’s Hilltop Tent near Stamford.

    From 2:30 PM we’ll be serving Aperol spritz, buon cibo, garden games and plenty of festa.

  • Italian Wedding Chic.

    Think elegant, colourful, and joyful.
    The afternoon reception will be in a field, so plan footwear accordingly.

    And kindly leave white to the bride.

  • Parking at Thorney Abbey is on-street, so we recommend arriving early.

    There is plenty of parking available at Ed’s Hilltop Tent.

  • From 7:30 PM, the Wedding Festa begins.

    Expect pizza, cake, a DJ, dancing, and an open bar (drinks on us).

  • The evening celebration begins at 7:30 PM at Ed’s Hilltop Tent.

    Join us for pizza, cake, dancing, and drinks on us.

  • Stamford and the surrounding area have plenty of lovely options.
